詳 細 | The countdown in Time Attack mode is displayed in minutes, seconds, and decimal fractions of a second. It counts from 3 minutes (maybe 2 minutes 59.99 seconds, really) down to zero. It takes slightly too long to do this: by my reckoning, its "3 minutes" are 3 min 07 sec or 3 min 08 sec real time. I have turned frameskip on and it does not change this. I have set MAME running at "above normal" and even "high" priority and it does not change this. | ||||
再現手順 | To access Time Attack mode: insert coin, then hold player 1's first and second buttons while pressing player 1's Start. To see the bug for yourself: have an old mechanical stopwatch ready, and start it exactly when the game starts (after you select your ship, I mean). Occasionally look over at it, and you will see that the game "minutes" are a bit longer than your stopwatch minutes. | ||||
追加情報 | MAME reports that the screen refresh rate for this game is around 57.55 hertz. I wonder if the difference between this and 60 Hz has to do with the problem. | ||||
