| 詳 細 | On the real hardware, the screen becomes garbled as the scene is changed and the next screen is rebuilt. To show this in action, I recorded video from my digital camera and built an animation to show just one of those transitions. In this case, it's going from the title screen to the first screen of the demo. Mame's screen transition is noticeably glitch free, with the exception of the player sprite that appears out of place and wearing a blue striped uniform just before the correctly positioned player appears in the lower left of the screen. Missing are the large gaps in the video and garbled graphic tiles present in the real machine. While the machine itself is rather old, I remember this as being the correct behavior. Though not as severe as I remember, I do know the “N patterns” were always present in the game when the screen was changed, particularly when a coin was inserted and the “Press Start Button” screen is shown. | ||||
