概 要 | Apply consistency to descriptions - please reopen!
詳 細 | There are a number of inconsistencies in spelling and formatting of game titles, which complicates parsing and searching by game description. 1941 (and clones) : "1941: Counter Attack" should be "1941 - Counter Attack" 1943 (and clones): "1943: The Battle of Midway" should be "1943 - The Battle of Midway" (same as NES port) 19XX (and clones): "19XX: The War Against Destiny" should be "1944 - The War Against Destiny" 1944 (and clones): "1944: The Loop Master" should be "1944 - The Loop Master" airbustr: "Air Buster: Trouble Specialty Raid Unit" should be "Air Buster - Trouble Specialty Raid Unit" (though whether the subtitle applies is debatable?...) acedrvrw: "Ace Driver: Racing Evolution" should be "Ace Driver - Racing Evolution" victlapw: "Ace Driver: Victory Lap" should be "Ace Driver - Victory Lap" gokuparo: Description is "Gokujyou Parodius", but the Super Famicom port is described as "Gokujou Parodius" (note the missing 'y') sonicwi3: Description is "Aero Fighters 3 / Sonic Wings 3", but AFAICT it should be just "Sonic Wings 3". The previous games used the "Aero Fighters" name overseas, this one does not. raystorm: "Ray Storm" should be "RayStorm" (same as PSX port) outrun "Out Run" should be "OutRun" (like the sequel) There are quite a few more examples like this. If desired I could add them to this report if I encounter them.

追加情報 | Please do not close this bug report at a whim (locking me out of any further comments) under the assumption that 'it is not how I want the name to be'. Besides I reported more than just separator differences, which you didn't address. It is a valid report. What Tafoid suggested is fine, if the dashes are incorrect, then changing them to colons is good - as long as there is a single, consistent method to separate main and subtitle. As it stands now, it's pretty messy.
